Eligibility for Replacement or Refund
You may request a replacement or refund for any items that are deemed defective within 30 days of receiving your order.
Conditions for Returns
Tea accessories must be returned in their original condition and packaging, accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g., invoice or receipt). Items that are used, damaged, or soiled will not be eligible for return and may be sent back to you at your expense, including any shipping or additional fees incurred.
Refund Policy
- For orders shipped within Singapore: A full refund of the item’s original purchase price will be provided.
- For orders shipped internationally: Refunds will cover the item’s original purchase price, minus any applicable duties, taxes, or shipping charges.
Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the returned item. Please note that return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
